Rachel Moore is 23 years old and a creative at heart.
Creativity was instilled within her from a young age through her father, Robert Moore, Western Fine Artist and her mother’s joy in tasks of every day. Growing up surrounded by the love, appreciation, and teachings of both a lighthearted playful creativity and Fine Art she pursued higher artistic training at Utah State University. Attending a study abroad in Germany enveloped by the works of famous artists, museums, and artistic movements was most eye opening and influential.
Rachel now pursues a joyful abstraction to fill space with texture and color. She is very inspired by the modern artists Sherie Franssen, Edwige Fouvry, Tom Lieber, and Yayoi Kusama.
As an artist Rachel pursues opportunities to create daily. From black ink sketches and portrait photography to oil painting and ceramics each medium changes the atmosphere and brings visual joy in their own powerful ways.
Her future aspiration as a creative is to one day own a large restored building as a community studio and space of gathering for artists and non-artists alike. The space’s purpose will equip and allow people to create, admire and purchase different art forms sparking creative vision, collaboration, & community.
A firm believer of the value of creativity and vision, Rachel believes that we are all innately creative with the power to breathe life and beauty into any space, person, or life. Imago Dei.
